The proofing process is very important to us. One tiny error or omission can ruin an entire project. We go to great lengths to proof every job for accuracy. What’s even more important to us, however, is that our clients have a hand in the proofing process. We feel that they should be the ultimate judge of their own project.

Soft Proofs will be sent via email for customer approval on projects designed or laid out by Batavia Instant Print, Inc. All submited customer files will be printed as-is unless otherwise instructed. A lay out fee will be charged for Soft Proofs on submitted customer files. Print Proofs are complementary for Digital Printing. There will be a press wash fee for projects requiring Offset Printing.
